• Comment: I have utilized Dalworth for several years and have been pleased. However, question if this tech was new. When pointing out areas missed he said it was just rust. He was told no as it came off with a rub or fingers he quickly cleaned with a spray and cloth. Some baseboard and wall line areas missed and I don’t think he utilized any deodorizer as it smelled like wet carpet when I arrived home. Did not have the freshly deodorized carpet smell as in the past.
