• Comment: I have requested Glenn several times and have always been pleased with his thoroughness in doing a good job. He does not rush through the job and as a result our carpets tend to smell cleaner when we have Glenn. I can tell Glenn has a strong work ethic and wants to do the job right. As far as price is concerned, we usually book when you have the $33 a room special. If the pet odor service price was more reasonable, we would use that more frequently.
