• Comment: I did not get a call letting me know technician was coming as promised. The technician was excellent, very polite, very helpful. I paid a whole lot more than was quoted over the phone, but I did have a tough problem from a puppy! I chose the guarantee, but it was quite expensive. Kris that came out was the best!! Thank you.
