• Comment: I already called and arranged for a second cleaning - we determined after the carpet dried that there was little to no change in the appearance or our carpet, and the tile looked worse. It seems as if possibly the equipment was not functioning properly. The technician was courteous and seemed knowledgeable and he worked diligently and quickly. We will reserve final rating until after the job is recompleted.
