- Comment: I was upset about how late the technician showed up!showed up at 4 left at 6 .....but when I met Bill I couldn’t be up set ! He was professional ,knowledgeable soft spoken , kind . And got right to work being thorough. Very mindful of our elderly mother . He was very sweet! The carpets look beautiful! Thank you I will see you again!
