- Comment: The technician was about 15-20 minutes late and we were not notified, but I don't consider that a dealbreaker. He did a good job. I wish we could have gotten a better idea about the cost of the shower floors online rather than waiting for the technician to view them. The total was a bit more pricey than we anticipated.
