• Comment: The technician was very nice and did a good job . The only issue was that excess water was left on the tile along the perimeter of the rooms with carpet. I wiped it up myself throughout the house. I would suggest the tech wipe it up after finishing each room as to give a better customer service experience . It was annoying that the water was just left puddled on the tile for me to deal with.
