• Comment: This was my first experience with Dalworth and the Phone Representative led me to believe my carpets would not be cleaned while lying on the hardwood floors--but that the technician would take them outside to clean and dry (which made perfect sense); however, the technician "Tracy" was very confident that it was not only possible, but common practice to clean them directly on the hardwood floors?? I was confused and concerned and called Dalworth immediately. The manager assured me it was possible and safe to clean my carpets while lying on the hardwoods (just as Tracy had said), so I trusted the manager and Tracy and Tracy did an AWESOME JOB! Tracy was courteous, professional and patient (even while I was obviously rattled), and worked diligently to clean all of my items thoroughly and to my satisfaction. I am very impressed with Tracy's expertise and will request Tracy be our technician on future orders ~ Thanks Dalworth!
