• Comment: Louis was a superior representative for your company. He was extremely professional at all times, yet he was a warm and personable individual as well. He needs to be commended for his positive and thorough approach to cleaning our carpets, while instilling customer confidence in his service. His assistant, Terrence, was equally polite and professional, and he took time to do an excellent job. Based on this first time experience with Dalworth, as well as my interactions with Louis & Terrence, I am a customer for life...our carpets look great and they feel so clean. Thank you very much!
