• Comment: I do not feel that any service provider can pay attention to detail and provide their best service while on the phone all the time as was the person who cleaned my carpets this time. First time for this to happen. It does not foster a feeling of confidence. I would have said "fair" to attitude and competence because of the use of a cell phone while working but that may be too harsh.
